A Great Car Buying Experience! I was looking for a pre-owned Jaguar XJ in British Racing Green Metallic and could only locate four of them within a 500 mile radius. Two of the four I was looking for a pre-owned Jaguar XJ in British Racing Green Metallic and could only locate four of them within a 500 mile radius. Two of the four were located at Norwood Jaguar, and they were both certified , so I decided to give Norwood a call. James Anderson ( Internet Manager) was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. He helped to negotiate a price and I took the 250 mile trip to meet with Sonny Singh, my Sales Specialist. We took the car out for a test drive and then finalized the deal. Sonny had all the paperwork ready and we were able to complete the deal quickly and efficiently. He was low key , personable and knowledgeable. I then met with Mike Fleming to work out financing . Sonny and Mike were able to register the car in my home state and arrange for door-to-door transportation. I commend Sonny and Mike for a carefree, no pressure car buying experience, and for following up with my home state to ensure the smooth registration of the vehicle, which was a complicated process . I wholeheartedly recommend Norwood Jaguar if you are looking for a new or preowned Jaguar or land Rover! More
