I emailed Renee Acciardo with a very specific list over the Summer and she kept in contact with me, updating me on inventory, until the right one came along. She was great from our first email exchange to the ongoing check-ins since I bought the Landy earlier this month. She got me the car that matched exactly what I wanted - and then some!! Even after buying the car she has kept the relationship up. I really feel that she cares about her customers and would recommend working with her to anyone in the market for a Land Rover. I'd also like to recognize Devon (unsure of his last name) who delivered the car. He was a wiz with the electronics and registering in NH was a breeze thanks to his experience. My experience was great the minute I stepped in, till I drove out with my Discovery Sport HSE Lux on the next day. Everything was taken care of swiftly and so smoothly. Renee is simply the BEST! She is very patient, helpful, resourceful and pleasant to work with. Also I should mention that her co-worker Doug was also very helpful though it was not him who sold me the car. But he went above and beyond to make couple phone calls for me to get a relatively cheaper insurance package. Rob from finance also took his time reviewing all different options for coverage. He was very informative, yet gave me an absolute freedom in making my own final decision. My whole experience was so positive that I am quite confident to say you would never regret stopping by at Land Rover Norwood if you're thinking of having one yourself. Only one thing is that I just wish my license plate was not dated July 2015 while the purchase date was on 9/30/15. I am aware that they had no control over this, but I just wish that it was properly dated as September 2015. More

I was somewhat hesitatant before entering because I've driven a BMW X5 for the last 6 years. This young friendly salesperson, Renee, helped me understand the difference between the two vehicles and I was quickly sold on a beautiful Range Rover sport.. My priority is safety as I have 2 young children. Renee was quick to show me all of the safety features plus a great package to make my ride sporty looking. Paperwork through delivery was fast and easy and Renee couldn't have been more accommodating for my busy schedule. More
