He was professional, honest, direct, and made the process painless! He gave me all the time I needed to decide, answered all my questions and was never trying to sell me the car. He was helping me buy the car. A big difference! He offered me a fair deal and was fully transparent with pricing. Very glad I traveled the extra distance to find Rusty - he was worth it! More

Terrible Service Experience with Chris tsaparlis I bought a brand new $96k Range Rover HSE from this dealership and while i was driving on the higway the wind took off the little key cap at the dri I bought a brand new $96k Range Rover HSE from this dealership and while i was driving on the higway the wind took off the little key cap at the driver handle door so when i when i went back to the Land Rover of Peabody to get it replaced my service adviser Chris tsaparlis lied to me by telling me that my Truck is one year old therefore the cap is no longer covered when my truck only has 15k miles and has a 4 year Bumper to Bumper warranty Shame on you Chris for trying to charge a customer $60.00 for a cap that is covered under warranty so anyway the next day i went to another dealership they agreed t order it for me at no cost and when i ask my service adviser at the other dealership how much that little cap would of cost me if it wasn't under warranty he told me $26.52 unbeleivable, i bought 5 brand new Range Rovers in the last 15 years so this Dealership can be sure that i will never do Business with them ever again and i will tell all my friends and family not to go there. More

Well that was a blatant lie, since it broke down due to a fuel pressure sensor and was not covered. Will never go here again. More
