Without fail, the team at Princeton Land Rover has exceeded my expectations every time. From the purchase of 6 vehicles and years of maintenance visits, it has all been top notch. Anyone can have one good day but to keep it consistence over so many years, that is impressive. I have come in contact with most of the folks there and without exception they are all wonderful to work with. Ritz Carlton has a motto, "Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen." I think that fits them perfectly! My father purchased his first Ranger Rover from Jorge Figueroa over 15 years ago and we have been going back to him ever since. My family and I consider Jorge a close friend. He has gone above and beyond for us in truly profound ways. I will not buy a car without talking to Jorge first! Tom Reese Jr More
My Land Rover LR2 needed to have the front brakes replaced. I called Steve Cronin, a service advisor, mid-week and he scheduled me for early Friday morning. My 30 K service was scheduled for today. Arrived,saw Jorge(GM) who got Dave( a new Service Manager) and loaner car was ready. Dave was very accommodating and attentive. Steve clearly explains to me what is being serviced on my Rover and the associated costs to perform the service. There is a Land Rover dealership much closer to my office, but I prefer to deal with Steve b/c of his professionalism and his honesty. I own a 07 LR3 and called for a service appointment as I was going to be in Princeton on business. Lindsay Lefkus could not have been more helpful in setting up the last minute appointment. The service I got was absolutely top notch. I bought this vehicle from Princeton a couple months ago, even though I live in CT, simply because every step of the way I was dealt with properly. Then wh this vehicle from Princeton a couple months ago, even though I live in CT, simply because every step of the way I was dealt with properly. Then when I needed a repair I took it to my local dealer twice but they couldn't fix it and also hardly cared. Rather than send it to them a 3rd time I called Princeton and they drove out, picked it up, fixed it and rushed it back to me so I could have it before the w/e. Bottom line is they honored the committment they made to me when they sold me the vehicle. AND to top it off, they not only washed it but they vacuumed it as well. So I am great shape for this weekend's road trip. This is how you run a business! When I upgrade, I will drive the hour and a half and buy from them again. Thanks More
