I recently worked with Lance regarding the service of my RR Velar. I brought it in due to a check engine light issue…which they identified and resolved…along with working with me on the final cost being I h RR Velar. When I picked up my car the following day, it had been washed, vacuumed and detailed which always makes any service experience more tolerable.
