Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns and understand the frustration. When your vehicle was brought in, it was diagnosed with a significant internal engine issue, including a failed block test and a cracked engine block. At that time, the vehicle was not in a drivable condition and required major repairs, including an engine replacement. The engine was reassembled only to allow it to be moved on and off a tow truck, not as a completed repair. We understand how important clear communication is in situations like this and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. That is the problem. As discussed with Thom, the vehicle was to be in driving condition to start and move short distances, as it was when dropped off. Thom told me twice on the phone that it would be in that condition, as well as telling the tow operator who shared that with me as well. When I received the vehicle back, it does not even start. I am not complain gin about the cracked engine, that is 100% understood. What I don't understand is that I was told directly one thing and it was not the case. I will never understand the time that lapsed while car while vehicle was there, yet more so that I was told it would start, and that was clearly not the case at hand. Eric n
