Dana is the best service advisor I have had for years. She listened and made notes about each of my concerns. I was considering another brand of cars because of the bad service I received at Sacramento Land Rover, but now I will stay with Land Rover because of Dana Brophy! I have always felt that a sales department will make the first sale, but the service department makes for customer retention. More
