I did not need my car to be serviced yet. And John informed me when the service time would be. Then he checked and the recall art wasn’t in stock. Found out when the part would be in, checked And John informed me when the service time would be. Then he checked and the recall art wasn’t in stock. Found out when the part would be in, checked my car and reassured me my car was in good condition. They will call me when part is in. I would suggesting the scheduling department check on parts etc when we schedule. More
