Fortunately, Chase auto financing filed a complaint against the dealership and it got their attention. Leased a 2024 Range Rover September 4th. Transmission failed September 5th. Dealer picked up car next day. I’ve never seen the car since. Dealer failed/refused to issue flat cancel of RR lease. Stayed outstanding until mid December. 30-day and 60-day late marks on my credit report Leased Defender September 15rh. Dealer made errors on paperwork and asked me to complete a new app. Dealer never canceled first Defender lease account. Took until mid-December for them to straighten out, after Chase filed a complaint against them. Swickard is the worst dealership ever. More
