5/5 — Exceptional customer service from Ally I recently purchased a Defender that had previously been serviced at Land Rover Santa Fe and called the dealership from Virginia trying to track down historical purchased a Defender that had previously been serviced at Land Rover Santa Fe and called the dealership from Virginia trying to track down historical service records related to a couple of CARFAX entries. Ally was exceptional. She was courteous, professional, responsive, and took ownership of the request immediately. She located the relevant records and provided exactly the information I needed to understand the vehicle’s prior repair history. I was not even a current Land Rover Santa Fe customer, yet she treated my concern as though I were a long-standing client. Her professionalism materially improved my confidence in the vehicle and was a great example of what premium-brand customer service should look like. Land Rover Santa Fe is fortunate to have her. Took my 2025 defender for service, I brought to their attention that when you open then close either front door the wipers will make one sweep of the windshield. I was told that the issue was resolved. W attention that when you open then close either front door the wipers will make one sweep of the windshield. I was told that the issue was resolved.
