Recall work Scheduled this service for a mandatory recall. Was told it would take four hours. I left the car at 10:30 AM and it was still not ready at 2 PM the n Scheduled this service for a mandatory recall. Was told it would take four hours. I left the car at 10:30 AM and it was still not ready at 2 PM the next day. Also, I gave my address and contact information to two separate people who input it into the computer. When I picked up my car the envoy still had the wrong address. I decided to hit also have an oil change while it was there. I was told it would be $150. However when I picked it up I was charged $189. Not sure why they don’t even know the price of their own oil change. More

Great service I had an appointment on a Friday at 3:30pm to have my car serviced.
