I want to say my Rep Even was great. But I was very disappointed with Land Rover/Jag as a company for not having a loaner car. I was without a car for 7 days. I had to rent a car and pay out of my own pocket. I have had a Mercedes and BMW. My wife has a BMW and we both have needed loaner cars before and had no issues with getting him. My wife had a loaner car for almost two months with BMW due to some issues with her car. I don’t understand how we pay for a luxury brand, high car payments and maintenance and yet I had to be without a car. It’s just unacceptable . I was told the job on my car was a big engine job and would take time. I called daily and it was never a loaner car available. I missed two days of work. I finally rented a car. On top of that my car wasn’t even able to get serviced due to me needing a car and not wanting to keep paying for a rental daily I picked up my car once’s the engine job was done. So now I have to go back for the regular oil/ fluid service. If I could give this location no stars I would. More

I would not buy another car from this dealership. The salesperson (Chris McClain) lied to me and told me the car I was purchasing had two keys, when in fact, it did not. I hate being lied to by anyone, the least of all by a car salesperson. Since I trusted him, I went ahead and purchased the car only to find out after paying them, he had lied. When I asked him to make it right (after the purchase) he literally ignored me. I tried to call the manager (Chris Hong) but he ignored my calls as well. Stay away. More
