When we bought our rover last year reeves did great. I gave 5 stars. This time 1 star. Service was not great. Was ignored in the service department for 5 minutes whom everyone just worked quietly. Service lasted 3 days was supposed to be 2 but worse is they called my husband instead of me even though I asked them to call me. Ok. I can deal with that. No problem. So when it’s time to pay I say did you call my husband and does he know the details of the service. He said yes. I repeated ok you spoke with him? He said yes. He never did. Next time we’ll purchase our rover elsewhere. Disappointing. More

Very expensive ($600 for oil change and detail), check engine light came on one day after service and car smelled like vanilla from whatever cleaner they used in the car.
