Sam the service rep is wonderful. But the whole process was absolutely horrible. I had to bring my car back four times for the same issue all in all I think I was without my vehicle for almost 2 months. 2 was absolutely horrible. I had to bring my car back four times for the same issue all in all I think I was without my vehicle for almost 2 months. 2 rental cars that were brought to me I had low tire pressure, My car was brought back to me one time with grease marks all over the light leather seat. Etc. very disappointed I’ve been client for many years of this dealership and have had an excellent experience but things have changed. More

Range was Leaking coolant call the that day got the vehicle to the dealership that day. The vehicle was fixed the next next day. I was in and out didn’t have to get a rental . Took a month and a half to fix my vehicle. Didn’t always receive answer on status of my vehicle when I asked via text message. Was giving a quote via text messages without a break down of cost for labor/par receive answer on status of my vehicle when I asked via text message.
