Walked in, immediately no social skill, no eye contact , told me I needed brake flush , brakes, tires , and I was just there for oil change . When asking about price that went up ( not a problem ) was demea told me I needed brake flush , brakes, tires , and I was just there for oil change . When asking about price that went up ( not a problem ) was demeaning and offered a $20 coupon said prices are going up everywhere “where have you been?” Very rude I asked for keys back and promptly left. The other two gentleman I have had contact with were so kind. Unlike this person . No manners or people skills. Felt uncomfortable to allow my car to be in his care. What kind of a bill would I of walked out with ? Would love a call about this. As a woman it is nerve wracking coming to get car serviced. More

I drove 11 hours to finalize the purchase and pick up the car with only seeing pictures and a video that Mason my sales representative graciously took. The car was just as Mason described and I could not be happier with it. Did I mention Mason is fabulous?! The finance manager, Hans had everything ready when we arrived and took excellent care of us. He made us feel so comfortable with the purchase process. We got our questions answered, paperwork completed and was able to meet with Dominick from concierge services promptly. Dominick was also amazing! He knew everything there was to know about the car we were purchasing. He went over everything in detail and was so patient with me when I asked for him to show me something for a second time. I have even received many follow up phone calls from the team checking in to see how things are going and if I am pleased with the purchase or have any questions. Beautiful building and an fabulous staff! I will definitely return to Land Rover of Tampa for my next purchase. More
