I got a rental car instead of a loaner. When I returned the rental, I was charged extra for bringing it back with only a quarter of gas left in the tank. Seriously?! I just paid $1500 for “routine” maintenance and had to drive a Ford rental for 4 days instead of a comparable loaner and now you’re charging me $20 to replace the gas I used? Not very classy for a high end car dealership. More
