I scheduled an appointment for my 2021 Duramax Denali. The first thing out of the technicians ( Service advisor ) mouth when I get there is I may have to wait till Monday because they only have one diesel The first thing out of the technicians ( Service advisor ) mouth when I get there is I may have to wait till Monday because they only have one diesel tech and he’s very busy. I explain then why in the heck would they give me an appointment if they had nobody to look at my truck. He told me that all GM appointments are made through a third-party and they have no way of knowing if they have staff available to look at the issues. I voiced my frustration with that reply and he also stated that my appointment was for a drop off. I explain to him that on the website it did not give me the option of dropping off or staying in that I was staying until my truck was ready for Goodness sakes it was a 2021. After that they were able to look at my issue. More
