We brought the car in for our complimentary oil change and the windshield came out just as dirty. I brought my 2011 Malibu in for oil change and tires rotated. The left front air sensor is not working and I get message that it is not reading of tire. Also right front valve stem cap is missing. The service we received while buying our new truck at Landers Chevrolet in Joplin was nothing less than exceptional. I have bought a few vehicles in my life and I can honestly say this was the first time Landers Chevrolet in Joplin was nothing less than exceptional. I have bought a few vehicles in my life and I can honestly say this was the first time I haven’t felt pressured or swayed in to something. Our salesman Eric Cook (5 star salesman)was over the top great to deal with and the finance guy Mark Tackkett got us in and out when it was our turn.
