Representative, (Kasie Goff) was super nice and very intelligent regarding my Malibu's problem. I had purchased an extended warranty, (not from Landers) and am very disappointed with how the deductible intelligent regarding my Malibu's problem. I had purchased an extended warranty, (not from Landers) and am very disappointed with how the deductible works, (same engine light problem from 3 weeks ago when Landers fixed it) but had to pay same warranty monies again. I feel should have been covered because not fixed 3 weeks ago. Oh well. More

I was taught as a youngster to shop local. That was because if there was a problem, it would be resolved more easily. Well, we haven't had a problem yet, nor do I expect to. Tom was such a sweet heart. He got my car in as soon as I got there that morning and made sure I knew where the waiting room was and let me know an approximate wait time for the work to be done. I have some problems with anxiety and was having a difficult day and I forgot how to turn my radio back on as i seldom turn it off. He turned it back on and laughed with me about how something so simple can make our day. He DID NOT laugh at me for being a scatterbrain that morning.
