VERY DISORGANIZED As a dealership you should value the customers time! I came up there on a Tuesday and didn't get back home until after 9 pm, I asked them to take my As a dealership you should value the customers time! I came up there on a Tuesday and didn't get back home until after 9 pm, I asked them to take my new tires and wheels off of my 07 Cadillac that I was trading and they wouldn't do it for me! They told me I had to come back on Saturday to finish the paperwork, after driving for an hour to get there and wait for another HOUR AND A HALF TO BE TOLD THAT I DIDN'T NEED TO SIGN ANYTHING! Everything was already signed, NOW LET'S MOVE ON TO THE TITLE DEBACLE, my tag expired on the 19th, I called, my stepmom called Bobby Mac and I just kept getting the run around about it until finally, due to the law in the State of Oklahoma, I had to park a car I hadn't even made a payment on yet and couldn't get a tag! Nothing like getting to enjoy your NEW CAR UNTIL YOUR TEMP TAG EXPIRES BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP CAN'T FIND A TITLE! More

I bought my car with crossroads dealership under the life time free engine care that provided free oil changes and now that’s it’s changed over to landers, unless I can show proof that I had that deal, they time free engine care that provided free oil changes and now that’s it’s changed over to landers, unless I can show proof that I had that deal, they will no longer honor it. I’m sure my past records show that indeed I did buy my car under this deal, so why do I now need to show proof. I have moved twice since then and have lost my paperwork in between moves. Other than that, I have always been satisfied with their business. More
