My truck wasn’t started on until 2 days after the scheduled appointment and price was at first double the normal price that I have paid for a spray in bedliner from them before. The service manager S scheduled appointment and price was at first double the normal price that I have paid for a spray in bedliner from them before. The service manager Steve lowered it to $550 but was $200 more than my normal price. Over the phone Steve was rude and told me to take it up with the owners in another state about 700 miles away. I just feel like they should have notified us about a price increase especially since I’ve been a commercial customer for 14 years and purchase parts for our bodyshop and usually have a few spray in bed liners done a year. More
