Why do you make appointments if you don't atempt to keep them. My appointment was for Thursday at 8 AM and it was Tuesday afternoon before you even looked at it. When I had my vehicle in to be fixed the first part of the year I had to recall and said I wanted it fixed and they didn’t do it. The service people are not taking care of the customers very well. We were treated very professionally with concern and friendliness. Since the car had to remain overnight they gladly supplied a loaner without us asking for one. Never top off fluids when getting your oil changed. Rotate tires but never recalibrated them. Had a known issue with my blazer appointment was at 10:30 didn’t leave the dealership until 2 as they made Rotate tires but never recalibrated them.
