I made an appointment to have a recall fixed on my vehicle. I was told it was a five hour job and I would need to drop it off instead of waiting for it. My appointment was for 7am on a Tuesday, by 4 pm I’d still not heard that it was ready so I called. I was told they would call back but they didn’t. Just before they close at 6 I called again and they informed me that it wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be until the next day. On Wednesday I called around noon. Again I was told it wasn’t ready yet. At 4pm I called and couldn’t get anyone to answer, I called every number I could find and every extension. I finally got someone in sales to hand deliver my message to the service manager. Again just before closing I was told it wasn’t ready and they hadn’t even started on it until Wednesday mid morning. He told me he would call me when it was ready on Thursday and he would have it delivered to my home. So on Thursday mid morning I’d gotta a text telling me it was ready. I waited several hours and decided to call and find out when it was going to be delivered. They told me it was really. I said I’d gotten the text and was wondering when it would be delivered. They said oh ok we didn’t know about that. My vehicle was finally delivered 40 minutes later. The five hour job some how took two and a half days. Communication was terrible. More

Super friendly sale team (Tyler was my salesman), no pressure for a sale. Finance department was just as good explaining everything. Showroom was extremely clean and in order.
