On August 19, 2026, I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a warranty issue, Service Manager was not the friendliest. I asked about a courtesy vehicle and he advised one was available and could take me with a warranty issue, Service Manager was not the friendliest. I asked about a courtesy vehicle and he advised one was available and could take me within a states radius which I confirmed my destination as within. I then stated to take me to the Car rental place. I took a couple of minutes to make sure I had the car reserved, on my own accord. When it was time to exit, there was no courtesy vehicle, the driver had gone home. I was not made aware of the immediate need to leave for a ride. I then had to contact Uber and wait. After checking the vehicle in, Dennis, Service Manager indicated I would receive a text confirming the vehicle being checked in. I advised him the only text I received was from Jess at the dealership wanting to purchase my vehicle and did I want to price. He stated he thought this was AI. However, I still had no confirmation text from him or the service department on the vehicle. Ai later called him and left a message about not receiving the text message. The next day I still had not received the text message nor a return call from Dennis. I called and spoke with another Tech who sent the text without issue. I thought about this process and went to the Jeep dealership Friday and asked to retrieve my vehicle, after confirming it had NOT been looked at by service technicians and advised that I was taking it to another dealership who would look at it when it arrived, unlike this location which would get to it by August 31, 2026, but possibly sooner. Approximately 25 minutes later he appeared with my Jeep. I signed a document which I didn’t receive a copy of and left. As I adjusted my rear view mirror and drivers seat, the rearview mirror fell off and was hanging by the wires. It is being replaced at my expense. There was no issue with it when I left the Jeep on 8/19/26 but there was as I drove off. Take what you want from that comment, just stating what happened. I will not return to this dealership for anything in the future. More
