The service experience was excellent from the time I arrived until the Service department was finished with our vehicle. Heather, who checked me in, was friendly and greeted me with a smile and told me arrived until the Service department was finished with our vehicle. Heather, who checked me in, was friendly and greeted me with a smile and told me that there would be about a two hour wait. I sat down in the lounge and did some work with my iPad and the time passed pretty quickly. After the two-hour time was up, I walked to the service desk to check on the progress and as I arrived so did the service ticket on my vehicle. Heather explained what they had done, the things to which I should be aware of at the next service, and walked me to the cashier's counter. Heather handed me off to Kathrine, who was the cashier, and she, with the same friendly smile, gave me the charges. My experience was great and has been at every trip to the dealership either to buy a new vehicle or to have a vehicle serviced. Landers has a great, customer-oriented service and sales team. More
