With that being said I realized when I got home I didn’t get a second key, an owners manual nor the retractable shade for my cargo area. Since I live about five minutes from the dealer I went back and asked for the missing items. Nick, Zach’s manager couldn’t find any of the missing things and asked I come back on Friday. My dad and I went back and literally spent almost as much time waiting to get the key, manual, and shade - at least 1-1/2 hours. More
