Was not impressed Dropped car for an oil change and recalls for a software upgrade. Was told it would be same day within 3 hours, but it didn't complete at all that day Dropped car for an oil change and recalls for a software upgrade. Was told it would be same day within 3 hours, but it didn't complete at all that day. Next morning at 6:54a was told it would be during the morning; it was actually 4pm (so nearly 24 hours from the original 3 hour estimate). When dropping off for a recall, they tried to upsell me a $300 service tests. I declined; they quoted me $42 for the oil change. Then the next day during pickup, they tried to sell me $75 on the oil change because they had done additional part replacements without my permission. I refused; they were professional about it and took the cost off. But in short: lots of attempts to upsell the service, and badly miscommunicated (twice) how long it would take, moving it from 3 hours to 12 to 24. More
