We didn't go anywhere else. James Sizemore approached us and she already had her guard up and made sure to let him know that we were just looking and had several vehicles in mind to test drive before we made a decision. He said he understood that...no problem. We told James what she was looking at AND what where we needed to be in terms of price. He ran us around that entire lot looking at the Jeep Grand Cherokees - different colors and models. Having a sunroof was one thing she wanted in her new vehicle, but it was looking like we wouldn't be able to afford a package that included a sunroof. She was willing to let that go, but I really wanted her to have it. He just wanted to know exactly what we both wanted in a new vehicle & he was going to do his best to find it for us. He did! It's usually the part after the finding of the perfect car that you hate, right! James catered to us and that's something that just doesn't happen everywhere. We have purchased several new cars and this experience with James and Landers was by far the VERY BEST EXPERIENCE we have ever had. James worked to get us where we needed to be on vehicle price and monthly payments. No BS, No pushy salesman speak. James is just a exceptionally hard working guy who wants to do his very best to make his clients happy. I know people wo hate going to buy a car worse than going to the doctor. It's not that way at Landers & working with James. Our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo is an AWESOME vehicle. We still haven't learned what all the bells and whistles do yet & she got her sunroof!
