I expected a lot more from a well known dealership. Sales person did not have much knowledge of vehicle I purchased or willing to find someone who did. Not even a vehicle manual in the glove box. Finance had attached a $3900 extended warranty I did not ask for or even discussed. It was late after hours and my husband was tired and signed the papers before I could even get any answers to the questions I had. I am a salesperson myself and this is not acceptable in ANY sales field. I did not receive copies of anything I signed and was ushered out of the building as it was after hours. More
