Took my '16 Ram 2500 to Landers w/ a recurring CEL. Their inspection ultimately found metal shavings in oil from camshaft failure. FCA's recommended fix was to replace engine. For me, it was a long and frustrating time to be w/o my truck but my service advisor, Tracey Schrupp, kept me informed with regular updates on progress of repairs. Sales person needs to keep in touch with the client looking. I didn’t hear anything for a week and if I had not seen another car there via Carfax, I wouldn’t have known to come back to see 2 other car looking. When I showed up for my appointment to have a repair for an emission recall, I was told they didn’t have the parts in stock. This was frustrating since I had made the appointment two weeks earlier through y an emission recall, I was told they didn’t have the parts in stock. This was frustrating since I had made the appointment two weeks earlier through your call center (transferred to them by someone at Landers Dodge). I was advised by the service tech to ask to speak with them and not the call center so they could verify the parts are available. I needed my oil changed and tires rotated so it wasn’t a total waste of time. Fortunately, Heather was able to reschedule the recall repair for the following morning. Heather was very professional and provided excellent customer service. More
