Purchased a car that had a smoke smell, was told they would remove the smell in a 4 hour treatment. Scheduled the appointment for Tuesday last week, get told thy havent got to it yet on Wednesday AND Thu would remove the smell in a 4 hour treatment. Friday we find out they are going to start the treatment that day, only after trying to reach out numerous times with no reply. Then Monday 6 days after I dropped the vehicle off it was ready at 6 PM. When I went to go pick the car up I noticed 2 glaring issues, The first one being we had dropped it off with a full tank of gas and had the mileage noted, now the vehicle had under half a tank and had been driven almost 120 miles. The second one being the spare tire in the cars boot had been swapped for a lower quality dirty tire. When I asked about it the rep Jeremy claimed he drove it 4 miles and he "has no idea about the tire or the gas" More
I came up from the DFW area and had a great experience with the entire Team. The Used car manager took 2 of my cars as trade in's and gave us top dollar. We trusted the dealership to be fair and transparent, but instead we were overcharged by 50% and $400 for 2 new batteries. We felt like they took advantage of a local college student. On top of it all, when my daughter picked up the car she was treated rudely. We would caution other customers, especially college students, before bringing a car to Landers Chrysler. More

I have had my Ram 2500 in the shop and today makes 30 days. I have not had one phone call in 30 days. I have had to stop by and get my updates and I have yet to get my transmission ordered through warr days. I have not had one phone call in 30 days. The absolute worst service I have ever received. I have even called and spoken with the service manager and still no update call. I told them if I dont get a solid update today I will be pulling it out and taking it to Seth Wadley in Pauls Valley. Even the service advisors in the office when I stopped by today said they dropped the ball. More

Purchased a vehicle on Friday, November 23rd, and was told when they got the vehicle in trade they only ever had one. Took delivery, then I got home and found a Facebook ad displaying the vehicle we purc told when they got the vehicle in trade they only ever had one. Took delivery, then I got home and found a Facebook ad displaying the vehicle we purchased, which had been made by an employee of the dealership, describing two keys, with photo evidence of said keys. I enquired with our salesman about finding the 2nd key, which they were unsuccessful in locating. I then asked if they would be willing to furnish a 2nd key fob since it had been lost in their care. Josh called me, and gave me the runaround quoting their website says they only guarantee one key with the vehicle, and I've already taken delivery. It is on me for not researching further into the vehicle before entering the contract, I do feel however that I expected honesty from the dealership that was not given to me. I purchased a Honda from Fowler Toyota when I turned 16. They had not put oil in it and the engine failed a few days after I brought it home. They took the vehicle back without hesitation when it had been sold 'as is' just like this vehicle, meaning they were under no obligation to take it back. I will never be buying from Landers again. I fully accept my part, my own lack of research, but am still disappointed in their behavior. If I had the opportunity to return the vehicle, I would. I do want to mention Collin, our salesperson, did an excellent job working with us. The fact he even bothered looking for the missing key is appreciated. More
I stopped in to look at a couple of the Toyota trucks they had in stock. Call him wasn’t pushy anyway just gave me some good information.
