The Lady who helped us out with getting our vehicle checked out was so thorough, helpful, and pleasant with us, I cant remember her name, maybe Jennifer? I'm not great with names. She deserves a raise though, truly goes above and beyond for customers! Also Mike the Service Technician, was Absolutely Outstanding! He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, kind, and treated us like family. He worked his tail off to get our vehicle looked at and worked on as fast as he possibly could to help us out. Tony worked with communication with the Lady and Mike to make sure we were taken care of and updated regularly on the status of my vehicle, and they all 3 were very informative and gave their honest opinions on what our option were and what needed to be done. Also Les in the Finance Department went above and beyond and truly helped us out SO much and made the finance part so easy and smooth. I Never felt like I was being ripped off or only treated as a dollar sign, and got the best treatment and deal(S) anyone could ever hope to get. Truly amazing staff all around!!!!!! More
