If I hadn’t had great service in the past, I might not be back. Whoever changed my oil drained it and never put new oil back in. Not sure what took two hours (they did replace filter but oil was bone dry back. Whoever changed my oil drained it and never put new oil back in. Needless to say I took the back roads BACK to the dealship & they topped it off until I can come back for an actual oil change..... $225 and hopefully no long-term damage. More

Although they did not have the part as they said and I had to keep my Jeep overnight only to pick it up with codes still in it, then they wanted it the next morning also and it was another half day.
