Extremely disappointing experience. Our work truck has been at this dealership for months, with repeated breakdowns, poor communication, and a pattern of delays from start to finish. After our original service advisor left, communication became even worse, and it felt like no one was taking ownership of our repair. We received conflicting information about authorizations, parts, and repair status, and the truck was even returned to us before failing again the same day. The entire experience has been disorganized, frustrating, and costly to our business. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Had my car for a week. Didn’t start the job until day 4, despite having a scheduled appointment on the morning of day 1. Had to show up in person on day 3 to find out why my car wasn’t done for a repair that they told me would take a day, maybe two. More
