It was the worst experience I've ever had while buying a vehicle ! If I didn't like the car so much I would've never bought from this dealership! This place is a nightmare! I purchased arguably the most expensive vehicle on the lot. You would think at least one manager would say thank you or something...nope! I was never offered any warranty or servi expensive vehicle on the lot. You would think at least one manager would say thank you or something...nope! I was never offered any warranty or service agreement or anything. I was told by a sales manager named Curtis that my new vehicle would be cleaned and ready for pickup the next day in the new car delivery room. When I showed up, there was a Mustang (this is a Dodge dealer) a golf cart, and a Durango in there instead of my new truck. My salesman had only been there for a few weeks and can hardly be blamed. No prior sales experience. When I went to finance to sign my papers, the manager never even introduced himself. This whole experience should have been a great one. Instead it was a huge disappointment. I think I'm even going to remove the "Landers" dealer decals. The owner needs to talk with their GM's about customer satisfaction. Had it not been for Carlos my salesman, I would have walked. More

Never again. First they tried to lowball me on my trade (after they said that's not how they do business). The salesman told me it has blind side assist (it doesn't). The salesman said we could schedule a proper detail job, then blew me off when I wanted to talk about it. The brakes were shot. The general manager, to his credit, offered to fix them and give me a loaner. I got to the dealership. No loaner. So I sat in their "lounge area" for 3 hours. On top of that, one of the managers in the service area basically told me I should be patient because they were doing me a favor. 2 months later I still don't have a title. I bought and sold well over 30 cars in my lifetime. This has been the worst car buying experience EVER. NEVER AGAIN. More
