Very friendly and helpful. Teresa was great she had a loaner vehicle for my wife and I when we dropped our vehicle off. Teresa also kept us updated about our vehicle while it was in the shop. Not happy with my most recent visit. I came in for my next preventative maintenance service on friday and in saturday, my check engine light came on and my vehicle had noticeable engine troubles. I belie next preventative maintenance service on friday and in saturday, my check engine light came on and my vehicle had noticeable engine troubles. I believe something was overlooked and I just paid 300 dollars for preventative maintenance to avoid this and now I had to come back and spend another 100 dollars just for a diagnostics test plus the money to fix the issue! More

Russell did a great job working with, very friendly and positive attitude he made it easy for us to decide on our Traverse The only thing we were not happy with was when we were making the deal I had went on True Car and had the understanding that $221 would come off the price of the vehicle and it did not I might have misunderstood the process going through True Car and the other thing which could be another misunderstanding. Our loan is through Weokie CU had we went directly to Weokie instead of letting you guys do the paperwork we would have gotten $100 from Weokie but since we let you guys do the paperwork we do not qualify for the $100 I just chalk this up to lesson learned.
