Erik specifically went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure we were in the know every step of the way. He also assigned us a new sales person named Zachary and he did a fantastic job at getting our vehicle ready asap knowing how impatient we were to get into it. Hank also did a really job at helped a lot. I think as long as you keep these three you won't do wrong. I won't go into the problems I had at the beginning because those people no longer work there. If there is anything I would say it's to FCA Chrysler in general. Be better and quicker at making your hybrids! More

After Christmas plans were held up due to terrible communication we seen that our truck that we bought with 10 miles on it ended up having scuffs and paint messed up. Tailgate and the driver side dialysis fender is scuffed up. The driver side front bumper has a scuff mark with paint missing as if someone hit something. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Will not be worrying about any future negotiates with this dealership. More
