What they say isn’t what they do These people are God-awful they had me there for 6 hours stating that they could give me a certain car payment and then they turn around and say that These people are God-awful they had me there for 6 hours stating that they could give me a certain car payment and then they turn around and say that they can’t this is the best they can do. Then they sit there and say that they’re going to “throw in a 6000 mile warranty”for me to make up for it and pay my tag title and tax and give me 8% rate.When I was in the back in the finance area turns out they were able to lower my payment after-all,they were just charging me for the cost of the warranty that “we’re gonna throw in”,my interest rate increased to 9.3% because they added in the cost of my tag title and tax and they threw a fit when I asked for copies of my paperwork talking about I will get it in the mail.Watch it because they actually add EVERYTHING into your cost because “somebody’s gotta pay for it”well I paid for it. It was a horrible experience,I wouldn’t ever go back to that scandalous, and trifling,no good dealership again. NOTHING they said will be true, READ the fine print, and don’t settle or take their word for it. Just save your time and find another place.**SIDE-NOTE** My salesman took pictures of us with the car and said he was going to send them right away and 5days later.... I’m still waiting. Can’t believe NOTHING they say. More

Airbag Replacement Good, Lost Engine Cover Bad When I got home after airbag replacement I opened my hood and noticed my engine cover was missing. I contacted Landers service department by phone a When I got home after airbag replacement I opened my hood and noticed my engine cover was missing. I contacted Landers service department by phone and they said they would look for it. A little later I drove to Landers and the service writer I spoke with informed me that replacing an airbag didn't require the removal of the engine cover and started questioning me about who else may have been in my engine compartment. I got the feeling she was trying to shift blame somewhere else. I was starting to feel a little offended when a nice young man appeared with my cover. He reinstalled it on my engine and I thanked him for the effort. Alls well that ends well. Thanks again. More
