I just tried to call the service department and got routed to a call center who had no idea what prices were. Prices aren't shown on the website. It took a 30 minute call to find out that an oil change for my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee would run $88.95. Prices seem to be inflated compared to other dealers. I can get a full 50K mile service appointment that inspects everything and rotates tires for $79.95 at a competitor up the highway and they wanted to charge $121.95 for the same appointment. I will not be taking my vehicle here for a service appointment. More

No confirmation of any sort just wasting my time what are they doing apparently my requests are getting nowhere. I am extremely disappointed since I always came in for service. But now that I need an alignment since hibson's tire did not get it right I felt like I could trust going to the dealership but appointments are always a week later when I call in or try to book online. Now im stuck either applying for next week or go somewhere else as I mentioned before I am getting screwed by not getting the right person to do the correct job in the first place. I also asked for service tech got directed to parts girl sure I'll submit request to email you never happened that's twice now. I had to call Braxton stoneking at least he was useful gave me answers for my question so I get transferred over to book appointment on the 3/26/19 for alignment girl on the phone everything set up yet here I am typing this need results not excuses on proper communication prior to setting up service. Not at all worth the time I took my car in for some warranty work and a couple other small issues. After about 10 days ( when i was told 4-5 ) i get a text that its ready. On arrival, its not ready, and only part of the issues i had were completed. Instead of leaving it another week or so, i opted to take it somewhere that could make the minor issues go away in 30min. All communication was done in text with my Advisor Braxton who was very condescending and was only friendly when i arrived to get my vehicle. I'll drive the extra miles to go to Bob Howard Dodge in the future. More
