Research everything they say and get EVERYTHING in writting If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. Here's the breakdown of my experience and this is with a supposed car sales "manager." I went in to buy If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. Here's the breakdown of my experience and this is with a supposed car sales "manager." I went in to buy a vehicle. I test drove and wanted to negotiate purchase price. First, they will try to immediately collect all your personal information to run a credit check, which would be fine except we haven't even discussed the purchase price (this is done EVERY single time) so I declined. The salesman went to get the sales manager, Kerry, to come speak with me. The manager came out and instantly (verbally) agreed to the negotiated price -- I should have known at this point that it's too good to be true. So he went back to the "tower" and the salesman came back out to get my information. He collected my information but never had me sign to consent to get my credit information. They ran my credit score which they agreed was good. However, my mistake was not requesting a written offer beforehand, because as soon as we continued to discuss my down payment and details, they left, came back and said that it was no longer possible for me to get the negotiated price because I wasn't qualified for the rebates that we discussed I wasn't qualified for far in advance. So they basically swindled me in to giving them all my information that I didn't want to give in the first place in order for them to calculate how they can make a profit. TOTAL SCAM. AVOID THIS PLACE. I hope they get their licensed revoked to sell. 60% of the things they tell you are lies. I would take their words with a grain of salt and research every last bit if I were you. I have dealt with multiple Honda and Toyota dealers and although it's obvious all dealers are out to make a profit, I had never EVER felt like I had to have every word signed off on a document as I do when I step foot on to their lot. No car dealer I have ever dealt with has ever agreed to a price and taken their word back, EVER and I have purchased or was present for at least 5 vehicle sales transactions in my lifetime. These people fit the exact stigma of the worst car dealers. I don't know who their general manager is, but they need a restructuring. **Note: I did not disclose the salesman because during this whole process, he literally did not utter more than two words. Be aware of Kerry, however. The manager title at David Stanley must not mean much since they have so many. More

Sales Staff I stopped to look at the Jeep Wranglers on two different occasions. The first time I looked at the new ones, and the second time at the used Jeep Wran I stopped to look at the Jeep Wranglers on two different occasions. The first time I looked at the new ones, and the second time at the used Jeep Wranglers. The salesman who greeted me on the first occasion was very friendly and knowledgeable. his name was Eric. He offered for us to go for a test drive, which we did. We looked over all the new Jeep Wranglers on the lot, then went inside. From there it all went downhill. I could never get a sale price out of upper management; the desire was for me to share what I would be willing to give. It was only as I was getting ready to leave that I finally met a manager. Eric was great, but upper managers were perturbing. The second visit was to look at used Jeep Wranglers. The salesman who intercepted me was Jamie. He was very professional and thorough in dealing with my concerns. As before, it was very difficult to get the management to share what they would take for the used vehicle I was looking at; it just went on and on trying to get me to make an offer and sign on a line. I would work with Jamie again, but will have a tendency to shy away from this Jeep dealership because of their philosophy of selling automobiles. Please do know that I want to show respect for their manner of operation. Evidently it works for they are still in business and seem to be doing well. It just did not set well with me that they kept wanting me to make an offer and sign, documenting such, when it was their vehicle for sale that I almost never got them to give me a price. More
