Just ask and they make it right We had some damage to our new car when we got it home, and they have responded to our requests to have it repaired in a very fair and timely manner. We had a few miscommunications, but after talking with both Roger Smith and Chris Richardson at the dealership, we are very happy to report that all our concerns are being taken care of. Our Finance Person, Scott Clinesmith was awesome as well. It took a while to get our financing locked up, and he kept us entertained and, frankly, he would probably have a great second career as a stand up comic!
