We now have a temporary tag that is expired and our title is "supposedly" going to be here tomorrow, which we was told would be here today. Every time you call and try to talk to finance you are transferred to voicemail and they don't return the call. Our vehicle has already been to service also. So now we have a new car that has an illegal tag.. no title and a payment yay!!! More

The next day I was in the middle of a deal in Texas and Chris happened to call me back. I explained the situation to him and he was very caring and understanding. When he asked what I was currently driving I told him "feet', so he knew I needed something. Later when he asked if I had a trade-in I told him I have my brand new Nike's, we laughed and kept it professional but friendly and humorous, because there's not a whole lot of humor in the situation I was facing. He said he felt good about the deal and my parents drove me to the dealership. He left when we arrived, but said Maggie would take good care of us, and she did. I liked her personality as well, and she went above and beyond to explain the features of the vehicle, and offered to personally explain any questions I may have in the future. If Chris would not have called me back that day then I know the deal wouldn't have happened. Furthermore, Scott Klinesmith took very good care of me, and when I went back by myself, he answered any questions that I had, and I was grateful to work with him. The overall experience was pretty great, and I really appreciate the time and effort of the individuals that assisted me. Now I have a brand new Chrysler 200 sitting in the driveway~ I am still in shock! Thanks to everyone involved that made it happen! More
