Poorest service ever received Usually when you make an appointment for service, you should be seen close to the scheduled time, not over 24 hours later. After not hearing from the Usually when you make an appointment for service, you should be seen close to the scheduled time, not over 24 hours later. After not hearing from the dealership for more than 25 hours, I called and spoke to service department to find out the status of my vehicle, only to discover it had not even been looked at by service personnel. About 6 hours later, I get a call stating what the problem they discovered was and the proposed fix action that would not happen until the next day. Fun enough, this very dealership had check off the 27 point inspection not even two months earlier stating that this was not a problem. So along with pencil-whipping the checklist, the service department caused the issue when I paid for a different service earlier. Needless to say, my vehicle will NEVER see the inside of this service department again. More

When we arrived at the dealership (5 hours from where we live), everyone was very friendly and pointed us in the right direction. The salesman, Matt, was great from the beginning. He knew everything about the car we were purchasing inside and out, he even stated that he personally owned the same make. Emily was also great, she has even called a few times along with Matt to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns and to make sure we were fully satisfied. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will most likely use them again for future purchases! More
