However, i was called one one day before car was to be shipped, I was told that my car had a cracked windshield and they would take care of it, after two months of me calling, they finally sent me a check for what they thought it should be, not the two estimates i sent them which will not cover the damages.they also, shipped me the car with two diffirnt tires on the rear and a different set of tires on the front, guess they forgot to mention that as well. when i said something to the sales manager about the tires, his response wasn't will make it right., go ahead, you can guess,He said it passes state inspection and thats all that matters. Now ain't that sweet',so now i have to go buy tires to match,,not the three different ones on the car now. My next experiance,, ask a lot of questions I would say, if you don't know how to handle a situation the right way.just don't send the car. I would not trust them to do right thing, ill pay for it myself.....any way to make a long story short, what started nice ended miserable cracked windshield, 3 different tires, and did i forgot the valve cover leak they forgot to mention,, what kind of inspection was done that all this passed? One honor of mention,, the finance guy got me financed quickly and sent the paper work in a professional packet. Thanks for that, the rest shameful. just telling it like it is, i'm just the customer, the one it's suppose to be all about! Right! More

Do not buy from this dealership. I never write reviews. I'm a kind person that always tries to see the best in everyone, but this dealership has made me so mad, that I'm actually goin I never write reviews. I'm a kind person that always tries to see the best in everyone, but this dealership has made me so mad, that I'm actually going so far as to write them the WORST review I've ever given. The salesmen are a piece of work, but I'm not going to focus on that, I mean, they're salesmen, what do you expect? Integrity? Hah! So that won't be my sole focus here. I just wanted a reliable car and a decent deal. From the moment I drove off the lot, it's been problem after problem with the car. They lied SO much about the condition of the car. They even lied about the trim level! Saying it was a premium when it was a base. REALLY?! Then there were a ton of issues with the car. I test drove it, sure, but it was things that won't show up immediately. Things that had been patched temporarily, then fall apart after a week! I've had this car for 29 DAYS. DAYS! I had to get the alignment fixed, tire pressure sensor went off, had to fix that, then again, and had to fix it again. Then the turbo went out! I called the dealership, and they couldn't care less. They say it's not their problem anymore. Like, really? Do you not have any integrity for your company or reputation?! This has been the car from xxxx! (And I don't curse!!!! Look what they've done to me!!) They have zero morale. PLUS their salesmen had the audacity to hit on me the whole time I was there. Even made a dirty comment with my DAD there! Like really? Just all around, the worst experience of my life regarding cars. I would most definitely not buy from this dealership. But if you do because you fell in love with the car (as I did), just know you've been warned. On top of all that, it took them nearly a month to get me the title. More

From the moment I walked into this dealership they made me feel like thy wanted the best for me! I drove off the lot with a brand new vehicle and confidence in the deal. I think both sides got a fair and outstanding deal. Yesterday my brand new vehicle starts having problems, I take it to my local dealer and they give me the run around all while leaving me without a car to drive the entire day. I call Stephan my salesman from David Stanley and he tells me to bring up the Jeep and he will take care of me. When I arrive they set me up with a loaner, not just any loaner but a brand new car right of the lot. I really feel they truly care and go the extra mile to help with any issues or concerns you may have... Not just when the money is being passed but well after the transaction is complete! No wonder they have so many awards. They are absolutely outstanding! More
