Slow warranty work and lack of communication. 3.7 hour job took 4 days to complete. I suggest use another dealership for recall work. Took 3 hours for my oil change even after I made the appointment a week earlier. Had to go ask what was going on and they checked me out and never told me when my truck had been finished. I came for an installation of a logo on the side which was damaged before I purchased the jeep. It was probably a 5 minute job. I set there for an hour and a half. I finally walked out and to check an was damaged before I purchased the jeep. It was probably a 5 minute job. I set there for an hour and a half. I finally walked out and to check and it had been parked out and back. I don’t know if the time was spent on installation or they just forget to tell me but I spent hour and a half for a very small job. Everything was done well, the people were all very nice but I felt an hour and a half for putting on a decal was an incredible amount of time to spend for a job which should have taken only a few minutes.
