This was my first time taking my car to Landers Dodge for service. It was a great experience. They checked my car and rotated the tires while I waited. They treated me with respect and consideration. Worst experience I have had with a car dealership in a very long time. Went in for a recall and they didn't reassemble things correctly. Took it back in to correct, and when I went out to the car, noticed very long time. Went in for a recall and they didn't reassemble things correctly. Took it back in to correct, and when I went out to the car, noticed that they hadn't done anything to fix the issue and there was a new gouge/scratch on the dash where they tried to pry off the dash panel. Went back in immediately to let them know but my service advisor wasn't there. Left my name and phone number with another service advisor but never heard back from them. Sloppy repair job and absolutely no accountability/responsibility from my original service advisor. I will be contacting Jeep corporate about this incident to try to get it fixed as my interior was pristine prior to them getting ahold of it. Will never return to Landers again for either service or sales. More
