Spent $1800in repairs . Repair was very expensive but everything seems to work. Asked to see my multi point inspection report which was indicated as a service on my bill. I indicate that in all 7 years I have owned the Jeep I had never gotten an all green report , so I honestly doubt they ever really performed the multi point inspection . I feel cheated and deceived . Also I noted that no special covid procedures were taken by any of Landrts employees. No one wore masks . More

I will not return to Landers. I took my truck in after it left me stranded (2016 Ram) and they had it nearly two months. I was promised repeatedly it was being repaired despite the truck sitting outside. Eve left me stranded (2016 Ram) and they had it nearly two months. It appeared as though they had done about 30 minutes worth of work. Ten days later I stopped by for an update and was told it was being repaired...I popped the hood and found that nothing had changed. Furthermore, my dash camera picked up their technician vaping in my truck despite the fact that their loaner vehicle paperwork forbids you from doing the same. Finally, I was told on the Thursday before I picked up the truck that they had test driven it that morning and were going to drive it again the next day. I picked the truck up Friday and found, via the dash camera, that it was not driven after Monday. I could continue this but I don't see a point. I welcome a call or email from them if they want further details. More
