Very disappointed in the service department and how they worked on my vehicle and condition after it was ready first time I picked it up. Service manager was professional and tried to resolve issues. I think the quality of the mechanic that worked on my vehicle lacked and reflected on Landers and a service organization for Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep manufactures. Too many issues/concern to write in this, but will say I won’t be going back to this location for any service/sales again. I feel the corporate office should be notified of these issues/concerns. Landers has my information if management wants to discuss issues that occurred. More

I had Apple CarPlay issues with my 2019 Ram that required my vehicle stay on site for a few days till the updated part arrived. Braxton Stoneking was a pleasure to work with throughout the process and quickl my vehicle stay on site for a few days till the updated part arrived. Was never told my new jeep already had Over 1,600 miles already on it,even after I said in front of my salesman that I wanted zero miles on one. My issue was not resolve but Ricky did his best to get the problem handled. I had to come in 3 times to get a keyless entry key made. The first time, the system was down and my key couldn't be programme the problem handled. I had to come in 3 times to get a keyless entry key made. The first time, the system was down and my key couldn't be programmed. The second time, they thought that the key had gone bad but finally (my 3rd visit) determined that it was the electronic start that was a problem. Ricky went out of his way to get me a key from another dealer in OKC before they determined that it wasn't the key but the electronic start button that wasn't allowing the key to be programmed. He and the rest of the service staff that was dealing with me were very apologetic and wanted to do whatever it took to get the issue fixed before I had to leave the state. The issue is not fully resolved but I believe that it will be when I am in town next due to the professionalism that Ricky showed. More
