Not going back. I will never return to Landers Dodge. We bought a car here. And since Walmart had a two hour wait, we scheduled an appointment at Landers, we didn’t g I will never return to Landers Dodge. We bought a car here. Spare Key Fob I had purchased a used 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 classic from Landers. Chevrolet with the requirement that they supply two key fobs with the deal. Landers Dodge was very professional and did in fa e supply me with another key fob fir the vehicle . Upon inspection they key fob did not come with the detachable key . I only received the fob . I guess I should of been more detailed on what I wanted before I bought the vehicle . More

Nothing fixed. Not their problem. Set appointment. Was told part was on hand. Kept vehicle all day. Then they wanted to list all of the services that were recommended by Chrysler at certain mileage. Teresa was nice and it wasn’t her fault. The call center that set the appointment took forever and I don’t think they really know what’s going on in the service department. More

Timely process I gave 3 stars because the time it took to get an oil change and tire rotation was actually kind of ridiculous, & this was not the first time for this I gave 3 stars because the time it took to get an oil change and tire rotation was actually kind of ridiculous, & this was not the first time for this. This was actually the second oil change in a row that i was sitting and waiting in my vehicle to be done for over 2 hours, this time being about 2 1/2 hours. Mind you, both times i had appointments so it wasn’t like i jumped in the loop of the services they already had scheduled. I’m not necessarily sure what it was that took so long, but I feel this can be fixed internally. More
