When I retrieved the vehicle I asked him some other questions that were not in his department which he quickly looked up the answers to on his computer. Nice job guys! Way service should be. Was never given any updates and treated like an idiot Very poor communication and sense of urgency. It took 2 days to even look at my car and they charged $125 just to tell me what I told them when I drop Very poor communication and sense of urgency. It took 2 days to even look at my car and they charged $125 just to tell me what I told them when I dropped it off, that it needed an alternator. And then they tried to bs their way into charging me $2200 for a part that had nothing to do with the issue. On top of that every update that I was given was only given because I asked. I was told that they ordered the part and it would be 3-5 days the day after they ordered it because I asked. They never initiated any updates and when I asked the reason they brought up the PCM, I was treated like I was an idiot. More
